Fatality is not entirely impossible is this case, just not as likely. However, you can get hurt pretty bad and possibly another biker as well while they try to dodge you.

Those slick metal ribbons of steel have caused many riders to go down on The Strand, on 25th street, & on the seawall near 25th street. Those tracks are bad enough when dry but when wet they will put even a big heavy dresser down in a heartbeat. Ride careful all the time & more so near those tracks.
